About the location of the house:
** This property is on a very bushy steep block, has a very high balcony, families with small children must check photos and description to see if suitable. To get such sensational bay views the house is at the top of a steep roughly paved driveway, any vehicle can drive up or down at slow speed. At the top is a gravel level car parking area thats fits 3 cars which is an easy walk (slight ascent to the house) its quite exhilarating to drive up and down Karasimo's drive way!!. Because the house is nestled into the edges of the National Park its a serene rustic feel, and surrounded by native bush, you may get a visit from the local possums, wallabies, lizards, birds and more...
